At Align, you don’t have to choose between Pilates and strength training. You need both.


Pilates builds the foundation through posture, alignment, joint health, core control, and better movement patterns. It helps prevent injury and improves how your body moves.


Strength training builds muscle, bone density, and metabolic health, helping you stay strong and resilient as you age. After 30, muscle and bone naturally decline unless we train to maintain them.


Research shows that combining strength with mobility work improves balance, protects joints, reduces falls, and supports a longer, healthier life. In short, you stay strong, mobile, and independent longer.


That is why we integrate intentional Pilates with smart strength training, and why our packages are interchangeable. Your body works as one system, and your training should too.

Dani is amazing. I started with her at 4 months pregnant and worked with her up until the week I delivered. Had a super smooth (and quick!) delivery and bounced back really quickly. One year post-delivery, Dani continues to customize our workouts to help me progress where I need to most. She is so knowledgeable and creative…no workout is ever the same, keeping it super dynamic. Highly recommend!

Prior to going to Align Pilates I had not used a reformer. Danielle immediately made me feel comfortable and was very thorough in teaching me how to use it. She was extremely knowledgeable about my misalignment and how to best address it. She curated a plan to focus on my specific needs which led to me not only feeling more confident using the reformer but, ultimately stronger overall. I am immensely pleased with my progress and will continue to train at Align. Danielle is a wonderful instructor and I highly recommend training with her and Align Pilates.
